Aerial BJJ physio

As a physiotherapist with a love of all things jiu-jitsu and aerial acrobatics, I am committed to helping athletes achieve peak performance while minimising injury risks. With 15 years of experience in aerial acrobatics, both performing and coaching, I combine my hands-on knowledge with my physiotherapy training to provide specialised care in rehabilitation and injury prevention.
Jiu-jitsu and aerial acrobatics are more than just sports—they're art forms requiring immense strength, flexibility, balance, and mental resilience. My work with athletes in these fields has given me a keen understanding of the physical and psychological pressures they face. Whether it’s grappling on the mats or soaring through the air, I know that injury risks are ever-present, and that recovery requires seeing the patient, looking at all biopsychosocial aspects.
Whether you're recovering, improving performance, or preventing injuries, I’m here to support you every step of the way, ensuring you stay strong, flexible, and ready for any challenge.
